Shipping policy

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within [25 Miles] of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.


Orders placed before 12 Noon during store hours [10:00 AM - 8:00 PM] will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next Business day we are open.


When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.


FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 24 Hours of the order being placed for all in-stock items using USPS delivery standard, which is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee options are available for Faster shipping in the US. We do not ship outside of the US at this time.

PRE-ORDERS & SPECILITY ITEM SHIPPING 

Some of our products are from international dealers location outside of the United States. Some of these items include but are not limited to Japanese Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, One-Piece and other TCG's.

We offer Pre-Orders for items that are not regularly available in the US. These items will have a different shipping and handling time as there are some unforeseen issues that may arise from Customs and International laws.

We update our clients regularly and will contact any people that have ordered these type of items with 24 Hours of any updates or delays. Orders are generally shipped within 24 Hours of the Products arriving and will be shipped out on or after the Street Date for that product.

Items that are marked as "Pre-Order" will not be shipped before the predesignated "Street Date" as outlined from the Manufacture of the item being sold.
