Subject: RING looks BEAUTIFUL!
Ray,
I have seen the picture of the finished ring on your Web Page. It looks
beautiful!!!. Thanks for the hard work. I have been really impressed
by the personal service that you have been providing me.
I can't wait to get the ring in my hand. I'm glad that I have do not
have today (Saturday), though. Otherwise, I would be tempted to give
it to her now and spoil my plans for next weekend.
By the way, can you tell me the quality and total carat weight of the
10 smaller diamonds.
Thanks again. I'll call you on Monday afternoon for the Fedex tracking
info.
I'll keep you posted on how everything goes.
Wing
The power of the internet... ...just words to many, but I think the way I use these pages might really suprise you all... Imagine Peter's Trillion/sapphire ring, he saw the side view, asked for some fairly serious modifications to lower the stone, that was done the same dayh and reloaded for his approval... I set Wing's ring after talking to him Friday Morning, and by the time I went home he was seeing it finished, in platinum too guys and gals...
I had a gentleman call me from Antartica on the phone, appearantly they cruise the web up there during the dark hours, doesn't that mean for six months straight??? Whew, well, he saw the site and ordered a platinum ring delivered to Mississippi for his gal, then I started thinking about what a line on globe would look like and... Just think...
I stand in awe of this power, the ability to approve waxes in any corner of the planet, to show castings and explain (with drawings and illustrations) what we see, and approve the customer's project to the finest detail... The power to communicate, applied in a meaningful way... Apple computer company got a whiff of this, and video taped our shot, interviewed me and is very excited about this use of the web. ...but this isn't about me, it's the power of the web and the power to be heard... Welcome to my world folks, and god bless you Wing Lee :)
