Subject: Tradeshop and Staff WOW!!
It has been several months since I received my engagement ring from
you guys I apologize it took so long to respond.
The ring is absolutely
gorgeous. My fiancee' was completely blown away. She says it is the most
gorgeous ring that she has ever seen. I showed her all of the pictures
we exchanged over the internet. She was very impressed. I can not ever
thank you enough. The ring that your staff made is the most unbelievable
thing I have ever seen. The weight of the ring is also unreal. I emailed
everyone a picture of the ring and told them the story of how your
company produced the ring. I also appreciate the time frame that we were
able to work within. I must admit I was very skeptical and nervous about
doing business over the internet across the country. But everything
turned out perfect.
When I first told my parents that I sent my
grandmothers diamond across the country to a company I found on the
internet I thought they were going to disown me. They were wrong! I want
to tell ever other skeptic out there that doing business with your
company is not only safe but also very smart. I spent probably seventy
five hours of my time looking for a company that could produce the ring
I wanted. Dealing with Ray and Duane took very little time. You guys
immediately understood what I wanted, had a passion about it and
actually produced a ring greater than I had imagined.
I also told you I would write and let you know about my engagement.
As you might remember I had planned to give her the ring out of a gum
ball machine. I had planned on getting the ring on Saturday but as you
also might remember there was a little delay with Fed Ex. I was only in
town to visit her over the weekend and so I thought I was going to have
to wait until the next weekend. I actually ended up driving back to
Charleston on Monday and completely surprising her. She had no idea. I
had asked her to run some errands for me because I was away and could
not do them. I had her go down to a posh downtown hotel where I had the
gum ball machine setup in the lobby.
After she was asked to wait in
the lobby by the front desk person. She was approached by the concierge
who offered her a quarter to buy some gum. (I was hiding behind some
bushes at this point.) She thought it was kind of awkward for the man to
offer her gum but she didn't suspect a thing. She initially refused but
after the concierge insisted a couple of times she accepted. She got a
hand full of gum she didn't even realize she had a ring in her hand
until she sat down and fingered through the gum to pick out the pieces
to chew first. As soon as I saw her eyes light up I came from around the
corner and proposed. It was perfect! Thanks again and we look forward to
doing other business with you soon.
