"Why would you leave a successful shop?"

Why, the answer is "YOU" of course! It's always bothered me that stores and my past clients were always about dollars and business, when I saw the clients and the projects as the important issues to address... My specialty is diamond setting, and while I can do about anything, including engraving, I rather fancy diamond setting, and watching the ring come together in my hands, that is always when the ring or item starts to define itself, and I find that to be the most fun... Always loved working on the finest of the fine, and this internet thing has soared beyond my wildest dreams, we do more creative projects here in a week than most stores do in a year. Yes, working at the bench was a joy and a wonderful thing, and I do so miss the time I spent there, but now I get creative projects undimmed by commission sales-wonks, and get to work with you directly... Still making wonderful products is what this is about to me, and I hope it always will be...

After working with national and regional accounts, everyone from the east coast to the west over the decades as a top knotch service provider, I find that working for you directly on the web does a few very interesting things. Cuts the 300% retail markup down in half, with prices being just about what a store would pay for the same item. That makes a difference, since 300% markups would make a $300 from the shop job cost $900 to you... Now, there's but one way to put what that means "It sucks"... ...we don't play that game here :)
"How can I be of service to you?"
