It's
the benchworkers who keep those promises folks, I apprecicate that
the stores troll for the "action" but when the time comes to service
and make that work it's the benchworker, the unsung hereos, who
make the industry work. Please do not confuse us with sales clerks
either, we're here to make a difference and to build with you that
dream ring, not just build a store or business.

I think that the mistake that most stores make is that they do not
let the shop know how much they appreciate them, and the fact that
they put the "service" in their operation, but the stores are fast
to use a shop for being $0.25 cheaper without hesitation. That's
a bad trend, and one which will cost the industry dearly as merchindizing
over-rules quality.
