We respect your privacy!
This website does not use cookies, does not use intrusive third-party banner advertisements, does not use tracking, does not use web bugs, does not collect any personal information about you. We are privately owned and we respect both the privacy of our clients as well as the fact our clients trust us for our ethics and common sense. We're not venture capitol driven or funded, we do not answer to corporate wonks (other than Ray) and we always intend to honor our clients by valuing their privacy and respecting them in our policies.
We do not
attempt to gather any detailed information about your computer or to intrude into it in any way. We collect
only basic web statistics to determine how often our pages are accessed, which of our pages attract the
most attention, and from what domains the interest comes. We do not provide any information to other
parties except occasionally to brag about how much interest we are attracting.
We are "not" pre-occupied with volume or dollars, but rather we are pre-occupied with excellence and quality as master craftsmen, and in professionally and effectively assisting our many clients, for you are the reason we are here. :)
No business school grads here to champion marketing over ethics, or our success over real people's needs.
We treat customer information with great care, never for a moment risking data in unsecure storage, and we also do not sell or make any data available to any orginaztion or body, regardless of another other consideration. Your business here and all data and personal information is 100% secure and will never ever be shared, sold or distributed, either by design or some insecure problem that resulted from our oversight. To be more specific about what we do in the way of client records and information we want to address the following points one at a time, and specifically explain our policies... Just thought you might like to know :) I do not send spamm, do not sell or distribute the lists or information in an fashion at all... Your information is 100% secure here!
- What information do we take from our clients?
We have a non-accessable local database in which we store our client records, this is not available via the internet and is 100% secure, all information that is printed is shreaded before disposial, we make G. Gordon Liddy look like a piker in the area of security, for your protection... No information is stored on insecure servers, and we take great pride in our attention to detail, protecting your data as do we our diamonds.
- Can client access their data to update it?
Not thru the internet or via a web innerface, for both security reasons and the fact that we do no accounting or recordkeeping on internet capable machines, so that we can assure both ourselves and our clients that all data and all information is totally locked down and is secure at all times... With a phone call a client can change a mailing address or contact data, and we suggest that repeat clients do exactly that if a change has happened.
- What do we do with the information we gather?
Nothing at all, we store that data locally and make sure that when you call we can refer to the projects in the past and work with you. We sell no data and we make no client lists or contact information available to anyone for any reason what so ever. We do not gather or track mailing address or personal data to do trends, contact lists or use the information for any reason other than to serve you better.
- Can clients OPT out at any time?
Yup, since we have no mailing lists or contact sheets the only thing that a client might wish to change is a letter of refferal in the client letters page, or perhaps a project in the current projects and preview page, which we are most happy to do if requested. We might eventually do some sort of a signup mailing list for clients, but in the event that I get time to set up some sort of a mailing list it will be a "Join by choice" list that you will sign up for...
- How is client data collected and secured?
Well, first we secure it by not posting that group of machines on the internet, and in this we maintain local databases and none are published or accessable via the internet. I was asked to write this page and review the privacy policy and in doing so I want to say that the keystone of what we do is client satisfaction, so we protect our data as do we what we sell and consider it as valuable as anything we have ever put in the "vault" at night..

We're going to clearly tell you what we can do for you and we post ouor policies on line for your review for greater detail. When we quote a price or bid a project it will be in writing, and if bid on the phone it will be noted in the next mailing to you... If you were quoted always include that in your next mail, with all data about that job condensed. Straight talk and common sense are what we have in mind here, and if you like that you'll love it here.

We do not care of that diamond which is perfect for your world is a 15 pointer or a 15 carat diamond, you are going to get the same care and treatement here regardless of which might be the one for you...
