Ray,

Here's the story of two more loyal patrons for life... 8-)

I couldn't sleep at all last night. I tossed and turned like it was Christmas Eve and I was a little kid again, in anticipation of UPS delivering the Next Day Air package from you. I stayed home from work this morning until it arrived because I couldn't bring myself to wait until this evening to see my new gold and platinum wedding band and Jill's new custom-made ring [a 1 ct Marquise D-VS2 center stone with 11 channel-set diamonds on each side, in a wide gold mounting].

At 9:40 AM, UPS drove up, I ran outside to sign for the package, I ran back inside the house, and I carefully opened the box the rings were in. Before opening the little ring boxes, I noticed that the GIA certificate and a receipt were included, confirming my already good thoughts about full service union tradeshop, in general.

Jill was sitting in the next room, anxiously awaiting my facial expression after opening the little jewelry box containing her ring. As I mentioned on the phone yesterday, our original plan was to wait until tomorrow night before giving each other the new rings, in celebration of our 7th wedding anniversary. After opening Jill's ring box, however, I immediately knew there would be no waiting...

Jill saw my initial expression (I can only imagine what I must have looked like - my feelings were awe, shock, and ecstacy) and she immediately ran over to take a peek for herself.

You told me to expect Jill's new ring to be "smokin'", but you didn't tell me the thing would radiate like an inferno! 8-) I knew from your website that you made great stuff, and from our numerous conversations that you were a sincere and honest guy, but you didn't tell me that when the ring arrived and we opened the package, that we'd (literally) stare at the ring in awe, neither of us able to say anything for two minutes except "Oh, my..." at its brilliance and exceptional craftsmanship. The beauty almost brought tears to our eyes.

After the initial shock wore off, we each tried on our rings (mine was beautiful, too, by the way! just a little plain compared to Jill's) and we tested out how Jill's ring looked under all kinds of different light conditions - indoor light, outdoor light, under flourescent lights (in our basement family room) - even in a dimly lit room. All conditions made the light just dance around in those diamonds and we couldn't stop smiling.

I've since gone to work, but I can't wait until tonight to take another look at Jill's ring. I feel so proud of myself for having found your web page, becoming educated (knowledge is power - I agree!) and gone through with purchasing fine jewelry from you. I have never, in my entire life, felt so good about such a large ($ wise) purchase. I have no regrets whatsoever.

Ray, may your business continue to grow and thrive as your exceptional jewelry makes its way across the entire world and more and more people hear about you. I wish you all the best in years to come and hope I have the pleasure of doing business with you again someday.

Without enough words to say "thanks",
Dan (and Jill) Gosselin
Nashua, NH

PS. By all means, feel free to add me to your list of references and to include this in your testimonies section of your web page. You can be sure that anyone I come across locally who's thinking of buying diamonds or other fine jewelry will hear about you and full service union tradeshop.
I guess that a note like this says it all for me, and answers the hard questions of why I work so hard, 7 days a week, to make life easier for my customers. I guess it's the feedback that I always wanted, and really needed, to make jewelry a beautiful industry again for me, rather than simply "processing commercial merchandise"... It's the recognition and exposure I always needed, and I treasure each letter I get more than anything in my safes... I wish I could put up all the letters here, all the kind comments and personal testimonials. Knowledge is Power, be more Powerful!!!
