Dear Ray:

This message is for you and Ken & the entire crew at full service union tradeshop, Inc. PLEASE SHARE THIS ONE WITH YOUR TEAM.

WOW, WOW, WOW! It arrived. I got nervous and excited just opening the UPS packaging that contained the cardboard package that contained ring box that contained... ...THE RING.

HOLY COW, IT'S BEAUTIFUL!

I had high hopes, but I'M SERIOUSLY CHOKED UP. I have a lump in my throat and that empty-headed feeling... I actually have BUTTERFLYS in my stomach.

To think that people whom I have never met face-to-face, but who I feel like I really got to know, created one DAMN FINE work of art that FAR EXCEEDED what I pictured in my mind! AMAZING!

I have never seen anything like this ring, ever. I could wander in circles through every jewelry store in America and not see anything that even comes CLOSE. Again, I say WOW!

I found a place in town that did an appraisal (while I watched). Of course, everything checked out with the certs. I am still waiting for the written results, but their estimate far exceeded what I paid. Moreover, the jeweler who works right across from Tiffany, said "I have never seen anything like this." I told him that I had a friend in the jewelry business. :)

Even if you almost completely BLEW IT, Ray, by calling Robin at home, everything worked out seamlessly and we are now OFFICIALLY ENGAGED! {BIGGEST SMILE OF MY LIFE!}

Needless to say, Robin was awestruck by the beauty of the RING. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, who has seen THE RING has been blown away by the classical elegance. Robin can't believe that it now belongs to her.

From the bottom of my heart, I send a big thanks to Ray & Ken and the entire hard-working staff at Tradeshop for making a fantastic ring, and for the time well-spent in making this customer's dreams come true.

Cheers,
Andrew. P.S. I am shouting your praises to all of my unengaged internet friends. I guess now is the time to start thinking about some wedding bands.
