Subject: Kudos to the entire Tradeshop Family!!!

Ray, Gary, Wendy, Jan and anyone who I may have forgotten:
The ring is truly amazing!!! I can not begin to express our gratitude
to the entire Tradeshop family.
My fiancˇ and I were engaged nearly two years ago while still in
college. We swore to one another that we would make this event an
unforgettable one in every way. We search and scoured the entire
greater Chicagoland area looking for that perfect ring...knowing that
when we saw it, just like when Dan and I first met, we would know that
"this was the one". We traveled the gamut of stores from Tiffany's and
Cartier to mall stores and even the shops of jewelers from all over the
world who make their home here on Chicago's Jewelers Row. We never
found a ring that could express the way we felt about one another.
Disappointed by the whole ring experience, I set out on the web to see
if there was any glimmer of hope for our search. That is when I
happened across the Tradeshop, Inc. page. I began to look at their
work, and as odd as it sounds I could tell these people cared, I mean
truly cared about their work and the people they were serving.
Instantly I began dreaming of my perfect ring... It would be a bit of
this design, and some engraving from another and on and on...the ideas
just kept flowing as I checked out each project that was posted.
Before I knew it I was e-mailing Ray and Gary with all of my questions
and ideas. Their helpfulness was refreshing and their interest in
making my special ring was what assured me that Tradeshop was the place
for us.
About a week after finally making my design decision I received a call
that my wax as ready....my fingers couldn't click on the bookmarked page
fast enough...And then there it was...my ring, just as I imagined. Ray
assured my that it would be even more beautiful in metal and I couldn't
wait. The time between my wax approval and today when I received the
ring, has been the longest week of my life...thank goodness Tradeshop
has such a quick turn around, I might not have made it otherwise.
Anyway, I put my ring on for the first time a couple of minutes ago and
I couldn't have asked for anything of better, more exquisite or more
meaningful. The ring is gorgeous, the craftsmanship unbelievable...it
is most simply put, a true beauty!!!
Thank you Tradeshop for helping make our dream come true...we look
forward with extreme anticipation the arrival of Dan's ring on Friday.
Again, you guys are unbelievable... Thank you for everything.
